At the beginning of last week, OnePlus finally held an online presentation, which introduced the eighth generation of flagship smartphones - the basic model of OnePlus 8 and the improved 8 Pro.
Both models run on the top eight-core Snapdragon 865 processor, but the older version uses faster LPDDR5 memory, while the younger version uses the more outdated LPDDR4. Two options are available for sale with 8 GB of RAM and 12 GB of RAM. The device storage, depending on the version, can reach 128 or 256 GB, without the possibility of its expansion due to microSD memory cards.
The older version has a 6.78-inch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the younger version has a 6.55-inch display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. In the hole in the upper left corner of the front panel is located the front camera of 16 megapixels. The main camera in the Pro version has four sensors, two of which are 48 megapixels, the camera in the basic version is triple with one 48-megapixel sensor.
For the basic version of the device you will need to pay from $700, for the Pro version - from $900.
