The wireless data transfer standard has grown to 7 participants

-
Last summer, the Chinese smartphone makers Xiaomi, OPPO and vivo decided to team up to develop fast wireless information transfer between smartphones, similar to AirDrop technology, which has been helping Apple gadget owners share files for many years.

Recently it became known that four manufacturers joined the alliance at once, Meizu, OnePlus, Black Shark and realme joined the aforementioned. In the future, owners of smartphones of these brands will be able to send each other audio and video files, as well as other information at a speed of about 20 MB/s.

It is still unknown when the technology will appear in the new smartphones of the alliance companies and whether it will be supported by previously released devices.
