Meizu 16s new flagship
- AYesterday in China was presented the long-awaited novelty from Meizu - the flagship Meizu 16s. The device has not undergone significant rework design, retaining the recognizable corporate identity, and will be implemented in three colors: blue, white and black.
The 16s received a 6.2-inch AMOLED panel with a ratio of 18.6 to 9 and an ultra-thin frame around its perimeter. The claimed front panel usable area is 91.53 percent. Meizu designers decided not to be led by fashion trends and did not make cutouts on the screen for sensors and cameras.
The “heart” of the novelty is the Snapdragon 855 in conjunction with the Adreno 640. The device has a 20-megapixel front camera and a dual main camera of 20 and 48 megapixels. The manufacturer claims a revolutionary heat sink system and a 3600 mAh battery.
Start of sales is scheduled for April 28, in the minimum configuration with 6/128 GB cost of the device will be 475 dollars, and in the maximum with 8/256 GB - 595 dollars.
