Samsung continues to step up the development and production of high-megapixel sensors. A few months ago, South Koreans introduced the flagship Galaxy S20 Ultra with a 108 megapixel camera, but they are clearly not going to rest on their laurels.
It became known that the company began to actively work on the development of a 250-megapixel camera. Its dimensions and technical characteristics are still unknown, but many fear that the 250 megapixel matrix will not be easy to fit in the thin cases of modern smartphones.
By the way, the company's engineers, according to SamMobile, have completed work on creating a 150-megapixel sensor, which may appear in late autumn in the new Xiaomi smartphone, as well as in the flagship Vivo and OPPO models.
