The insider has assured that smartphones with a sub-screen camera should not wait until 2021

As far back as last year, several Chinese companies, including Xiaomi and OPPO, presented their developments in the field of front camera sub-screen to the public, however, so far no commercial smartphone has this option. Many have been waiting for the front camera hidden in the screen this year, but the first smartphones with it will not appear until next year.

The day before a well-known insider Digital Chat Station assured that in 2020, no manufacturer will have time to present a smartphone with a subscreen camera, despite the fact that several companies are actively working on the implementation of this idea. All of them will work on the currently unannounced flagship Snapdragon 875 chip.

Perhaps the first smartphones with this technology will be models of companies Xiaomi and OPPO.
