Samsung surprised by the unusual patent with "retractable" display

So the other day Samsung patented another "interesting" gadget. Judging by the description, the flexible screen of the mobile device can easily slide out of the case, releasing the speakers to create a great acoustic effect.
The patented description states that there will be an empty space in place of the extended display, which will play the role of an acoustic camera, giving the sound of a smartphone depth, loudness and brightness. As a screen for such a device, it is possible to use a polymer display, which is installed in folding Galaxy Fold.
Another innovation of the novelty may be a design with absolutely flat faces, like those that Apple used in the new model line of smartphones. Analysts do not rule out that the South Korean manufacturer may continue to move to the production of smartphones with flat faces instead of streamlined forms.
