The in-display selfie camera will still be the most common in 2022

Mobile device manufacturers are constantly competing with each other by improving certain features. One of these, of course, is the selfie camera. Today, the front camera can be rotatable, can slide out and can even be located under the screen, although the last option is still very rare at the moment.

According to Digital Chat Station, in the coming years, the vast majority of new products will enter the market with a camera embedded in the screen. Although some manufacturers have already learned how to hide the camera under the screen, this production is still not mass production.

Rumor has it that several manufacturers are currently working with under-screen cameras. In particular, a high-resolution sub-screen selfie camera is expected to appear in Samsung's new line of flagship smartphones as early as the end of summer. Xiaomi engineers are also working on their own device of this type.
