Galaxy S22 will mostly be equipped with the Snapdragon processor

Samsung had planned to equip its flagship Galaxy S22 smartphones with the proprietary Exynos 2200, but ran into a shortage of semiconductor components. This was the reason why most of the flagship lineup will get chips from Qualcomm.

According to LetsGoDigital, in most regions the novelty will get exactly the Snapdragon, although in some places the smartphones will be equipped with a proprietary chip. Ice Universe also says that Samsung will not abandon its own developments, but in what regions the device will come out with Exynos 2200 is still unknown.

The announcement of a new line of smartphones is scheduled for February 8 next year, in this view many experts agree. And sales of the new items will start 10 days later - on February 18, 2022.
