Two out of three Japanese high school students have low vision

Japan faced a threatening number of poorly seeing children. So, according to statistics from the Ministry of Education, about a third of primary school students and two-thirds of high school students suffer from vision problems. Although there is no data that directly confirms the dependence of time spent with a smartphone and the deterioration of vision, the Japanese authorities still believe that the root of evil lies precisely in the craze of young people for mobile devices.
The Japanese gaming industry ranks third in the world, about a third of women and 40 percent of men are passionate about games on smartphones. By the way, the leading country in the gaming market, China, is also seriously concerned about the vision of its young citizens and may soon introduce a time limit for games, as well as significantly limit the release of online games.
