Mate X will be much more reliable than the Galaxy Fold
- AOn February 20, the world's first folding smartphone was officially unveiled - in San Francisco, at the Unpacked event, Samsung solemnly showed the long-awaited Galaxy Fold. Despite all the innovation and functionality, the smartphone, however, received a large portion of criticism for its low reliability. Some reviewers said that their device failed only a day or two after purchase.
Unlike the Galaxy Fold, Huawei’s leadership insists their folding gadget will be much more reliable. To this end, Mate X will be thoroughly tested. By the beginning of summer, the Chinese manufacturer plans to prepare about 80,000 units of products for sale.
Recall that a foldable smartphone has got an 8-inch monitor, a 5G modem, a camera with three lenses and a powerful Kirin 980 chipset that bends outwardly.
